Welcome to DinePerks. By using our platform, you agree to these terms.

What DinePerks Does

DinePerks is a technology platform connecting diners with restaurants offering off-peak dining perks. We do not operate restaurants, prepare food, manage restaurant staff, or control restaurant operations.

For Diners

• Arrive on time — there is a 15-minute grace period
• Repeated no-shows or misuse may result in account suspension
• Offers are valid only during the reserved time window
• Some offers may have minimum purchase requirements

For Restaurants

• Restaurants independently set offer value, timing, and eligibility
• Restaurants are solely responsible for their menu, service, pricing, and honoring offers
• Service complaints are resolved directly between diner and restaurant

Fees

DinePerks charges restaurants a per-diner service fee. No credit card is currently required from diners.

Liability

DinePerks does not fund, reimburse, or guarantee restaurant-created offers. We do not guarantee reservation volume, diner attendance, or revenue. The platform is provided "as is." Our maximum liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the prior 3 months or $100.

Suspension

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access for violations, misuse, or unlawful conduct.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
